Owned and operated by Dan Davis and his family since 1997, Sterling Services started as a carpet cleaning company. In 2002, the company expanded to floors and tile restoration to start offering services such as SaniGLAZE. Since then, Sterling Services has expanded its services to Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas. 

Within one month of acquiring the franchise, Sterling Services became one of the largest SaniGLAZE providers in the United States. Dan knew the industry well from previous jobs earlier in his career. He brought that knowledge to life when he collaborated with SaniGLAZE and promoted solutions to the recurring problem of bathrooms and floors needing to be fixed. 

“I needed a change in my life, I always knew that I wanted to work for myself. I knew this was the kind of work that I wanted to get into since I like helping people and solving the problem. No one else ever had an answer to it before, and now every time we complete a job, we always deliver,” said Dan. 

With Dan being in the business for over 27 years, he has met a network of the smartest people in the facility maintenance industry across the United States. With that knowledge of a network, Sterling Services is able to come up with the most creative and unique solutions to provide our customers with cost-effective, eco-friendly solutions to their flooring and surface needs, using innovative and aesthetically pleasing products including SaniGLAZE, Fast Flow, and SoyStone, to achieve superior results.
