Terazzo Honing & Polishing
Terrazzo is a composite material, poured in place or precast, which is used for floor and wall treatments. It consists of chips of marble, quartz, granite, glass, or other suitable material, poured with a cementitious binder, polymeric, or a combination of both. Terrazzo can be used to create lasting first impressions while providing a long lasting durable and economical flooring surface. If your project needs color to make an impact, or requires a logo set into flooring, a terrazzo floor can make this possible without the need for grout joints.
Concrete Honing & Polishing
A concrete floor is typically one in which a flat slab is formed of concrete, which is either poured in-situ or precast in a factory. Concrete withstands wear, and it's resistant to fire, stains, water, bacteria and odors. It won't scratch, it's easy to clean, and the design is customizable. Concrete floors are a great alternative to linoleum, carpet, wood, tile, stone or marble flooring.
Marble Restoration
Marble Floors are a type of flooring made from natural stone. Marble Floors are typically constructed using thin square or rectangular-shaped tiles, which have grouting material in between them to hold them in place. Marble is a very hard, but porous surface.

VCT
The exceptional technical performance of LVT flooring is the main reason for its use in the bathroom. Heavy-duty planks or tiles are recommended because they repel water over a longer lifespan, you can expect a lifespan of 25 or 30 years. Resistant to water and easy to maintain, LVT flooring is also attractive.
LVT
Vinyl composition tile is a finished flooring material used primarily in commercial and institutional applications. VCT is famous for its sturdiness and are highly preferred in commercial and institutional areas and is a type of vinyl flooring is a recent advancement to enhance better performance in high-pressure areas. These tiles are easy to install, can be refinished and replaced without much physical effort.
Terazzo Honing & Polishing
Terrazzo is a composite material, either poured in place or precast,
and consists of marble, quartz, granite, or glass chips that are blended with a cementitious binder, polymeric, or a combination of both. It can be used to create bold first impressions while providing a long-lasting, durable,
and economical flooring surface.
It has often been the practice to wax terrazzo to achieve shine,
a time-consuming and costly process that yellows and collects dirt over time and must be regularly stripped and reapplied on a regular basis.
With the Sterling Services Stone Restoration Program we can remove wax,
hone, polish, and seal your terrazzo floors with an impregnating sealant,
restoring them to their natural beauty and eliminating the need for continuous and costly stripping and waxing.
Concrete Honing & Polishing
The Sterling Services polished concrete process takes advantage of specialized equipment that uses industrial diamonds, impregnating hardeners, densifiers, and sealers made specifically for grinding concrete floors, and is designed to level, densify, polish, and seal concrete flooring.
The finished product is a gleaming, decorative floor that cleans up quickly and easily, and is sure to impress both your employees and customers.
Marble Restoration
Marble flooring is built to last, but without proper maintenance, the floors can start to lose their sheen or absorb stains. When your marble floors first installed, a sealant kept wear and tear at bay. Over time, using the wrong cleaning agents or letting the sealant get too thin can damage your marble.
Just like any other surface, marble flooring needs regular care. Sterling Services hard surface technicians are trained to use cleaning agents that will pull out deep set stains and remove scratches, and once prepped, apply a sealant that will offer extra protection.

Well known for their cost-effective durability, luxury vinyl and vinyl composition tile floorings are the surface of choice for many high-traffic businesses. Unlike stone, concrete, or terrazzo, vinyl tile cannot be sealed.
Proper care of your vinyl flooring to ensure its safety, beauty, and longevity
requires regular maintenance. Sterling Services’ protocol is to prep your flooring by removing the existing wax layer, surface and embedded dirt, and stains. Recognizing that one coat of wax does not offer sufficient protection, three three coats of environment-appropriate wax* are then applied in stages, each coat buffed out after curing.
*ESD wax is available for businesses with electro-sensitive equipment, including production labs; warehouses; and any building that has computer server rooms or manufactures micro-chips.
