Chuck used to work as a program manager and a coatings inspector. He is NAVSEA Basic Paint Inspector certified, which is a certification for people who inspect coated areas on Navy ships. There is a five-day course which is designed for people and organizations involved in painting work on Navy ships, but anyone can take it to become a basic paint inspector. Not everyone can take the course or get this type of certification. You have to have so many proven hours in all levels of Naval coating applications in order to be qualified.

As part of the San Antonio Sterling Services team, Chuck plans to strengthen the sales in this region as well as build relationships in the “Lone Star State”. He enjoys assisting clients by identifying and addressing their current needs while developing a comprehensive plan to get them what they want. 

“Hailing from Texas, my journey as a coatings specialist has taken me to numerous countries and cities around the world. I now look forward to returning to my home state, bringing with me a unique perspective and expertise in the field,” said Chuck.
